📧 Email Client Setup Guide

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail Settings
  2. Click "See all settings" → Go to "General" tab
  3. Scroll down to "Signature" section
  4. Click "+ Create new" and give it a name
  5. Click in the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V)
  6. Scroll down and click "Save Changes"
Important: If images don't show, make sure "External images" is set to "Ask before displaying" or "Always display" in Gmail settings.

Outlook (Web)

  1. Open Outlook Web
  2. Click ⚙️ (Settings) → View all Outlook settings
  3. Go to "Compose and reply"
  4. Under "Email signature", paste your signature
  5. Enable "Automatically include my signature on new messages"
  6. Click "Save"

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail
  2. Click "Signatures..." button
  3. Click "New" to create a new signature
  4. Paste your signature in the editor
  5. Set as default for new messages and replies
  6. Click "OK"

Apple Mail

  1. Open Mail → Settings (Cmd+,)
  2. Go to "Signatures" tab
  3. Select your email account
  4. Click "+" to create new signature
  5. Paste your signature
  6. Uncheck "Always match my default font"
  7. Close settings

Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird → Settings → Account Settings
  2. Select your email account
  3. Check "Attach the signature from a file instead"
  4. Save your signature as an HTML file and select it
  5. Check "Use HTML" option
  6. Click "OK"
